Eos Energy consolidates battery manufacturing at Thorn Hill facility in Pennsylvania

Roles will be offered at Thorn Hill, Building 200 or corporate offices, subject to union placement obligations.
Eos Energy Enterprises will consolidate battery manufacturing at its 432,000-square-foot Thorn Hill facility in Warrendale, Pennsylvania.
Cube assembly, testing and shipping will remain at Turtle Creek, while Building 200 remains active and Building 700 manufacturing shifts to Thorn Hill.
The move is expected to start in Q4 2026 and be completed in early 2027, subject to lender approvals.
Eos said the consolidation is expected to cut conversion costs by 10% to 15%, with benefits starting in 2027. Thorn Hill is seen at a nameplate capacity of 4 GWh.
