EPR Properties posted Q2 net income available to common shareholders of USD 61.13 million, down 12.2%, as revenue rose 10.1% to USD 196.08 million.
Funds From Operations as adjusted (non-GAAP) climbed 13.9% to USD 110.85 million, lifting FFOAA per diluted share 12.7% to USD 1.42.
Investment spending and outlook
Investment spending totaled USD 440.8 million, including a USD 304.4 million purchase of seven attraction properties from Six Flags Entertainment.
Management raised 2026 FFOAA per diluted share guidance to USD 5.41-USD 5.57, increasing planned investment spending to USD 600 million-USD 700 million.
Greg Silvers said the Six Flags deal and additional investments advanced the growth strategy, while a new USD 1.6 billion credit agreement boosts liquidity.
