EQT AB repurchased 383,448 ordinary shares between 23 and 27 March 2026 at a weighted average price of SEK 278.41, spending SEK 106.75 million under its SEK 2.5 billion buyback program. To date the program has acquired 1,287,400 shares worth SEK 360.97 million out of a maximum 3,005,071 shares.

Between 23 and 27 March 2026 EQT AB repurchased 383,448 own ordinary shares on Nasdaq Stockholm at a weighted average price of SEK 278.41, totaling SEK 106,754,642.27 as part of its repurchase program.
2. Program Progress
The program, running from 4 March to 8 May 2026, authorizes up to 3,005,071 shares for a total of SEK 2.5 billion. So far EQT has acquired 1,287,400 shares for SEK 360,968,362.68.

Following the latest acquisitions, EQT’s total issued shares remain at 1,235,107,956, with 63,487,435 shares held by the company and 1,171,620,521 shares outstanding.
