Equinor first became a minority shareholder in 2018 and expanded its holding to 16.12% through acquisitions between 2019 and 2023 at an average cost of Nkr80 per share, including reinvested dividends.
4. Ongoing Projects
Equinor’s partnership on Scatec’s Apodi and Mendubim solar projects in Brazil remains unchanged, and Scatec’s global pipeline totals 6.2GW, highlighted by the 130MW Barzalosa facility in Colombia and the 363MW Serra da Babilônia hybrid complex.
