- The program starts on the earlier completion of the Oct. 1, 2025–Sept. 30, 2026 authorization, or its Sept. 30, 2026 expiration.
- The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City issued its non-objection on Aug. 5, 2026.
- Repurchases are discretionary; the plan can be extended, modified, or halted at any time.
