Franklin Templeton prices $750 million 5.5% notes due 2036 offering
BEN•Franklin Resources prices notes offering
Franklin Resources priced an underwritten public offering of $750 million of 5.500% Notes due 2036 at 99.14%.
Net proceeds are earmarked to repay about $700 million of revolving borrowings under its credit agreement. Remaining proceeds are slated for general corporate purposes.
The offering is expected to close Aug. 10, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
