Updated preliminary Phase 1 data and development plans
Erasca Inc. announced updated preliminary Phase 1 data and registration-enabling plans for potentially best-in-class pan-Ras molecular glue Eras-0015 in KRAS-mutant solid tumors.
Additional Eras-0015 monotherapy and combination data are expected in H1 2027.
The company plans a registration-enabling lung cancer trial in H1 2027 and a Phase 3 pancreatic cancer trial in 2027.
