Erasca releases ERAS-0015 preliminary Phase 1 data update presentation

Erasca released a preliminary Phase 1 update for ERAS-0015 from the AURORAS-1 first-in-human trial.

• In 2L+ KRAS G12X pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, uORR reached 57% at 32 mg once daily (4/7) through May 25, 2026.
• Disease control rate was 100% at 32 mg (7/7) through May 25, 2026; 24 mg showed 25% uORR (2/8).
• In colorectal cancer, the ERAS-0015 16 mg once-daily combination with panitumumab showed no DLTs; the 24 mg cohort was enrolling as of July 6, 2026.
• Milestones target monotherapy expansion initiation in 2H26; combination dose-escalation data, including panitumumab, are expected in 1H27.
