Erasca says FDA Fast Track status for ERAS-0015 has been secured to treat metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma, accelerating its regulatory path.
Preliminary Phase 1 findings were already presented in July 2026, showing early tumor shrinkage signals in previously treated pancreatic cancer.
Further Phase 1 monotherapy and combination updates are slated for H1 2027, with results to be presented in the future.
Development plans now center on a planned Phase 3 pancreatic study, alongside two potentially pivotal trials in lung cancer.
