Ericsson and Microsoft have embedded Ericsson Enterprise 5G Connect's AI-driven connectivity intelligence directly into Windows 11, combining it with Microsoft Intune for unified device and network management. The platform continuously monitors network quality, automatically switches between CSP networks and enforces enterprise policies to deliver secure, high-performance 5G connectivity on laptops.

2. CSP Commitments and Availability

Seven leading communications service providers have joined early launch programs, and the solution will reach broad availability in Q2 2026. Initial markets include the United States with T-Mobile, Sweden with Telenor, Singapore with Singtel and Japan with SoftBank, with Spain, Germany and Finland following later in the year.
