Ericsson's Vonage powers Bdeo's insurance claims platform with Quality-on-Demand API
ERIC•Ericsson unit Vonage’s network, video and messaging APIs have entered commercial production at insurance technology provider Bdeo. The launch is one of the first enterprise deployments of Vonage’s Quality on Demand API in full commercial production.
1. Commercial deployment
Bdeo is using Vonage’s network, video and messaging APIs in its insurance claims platform. Network prioritization is intended to improve visual evidence quality for AI damage assessments, claims processing and compliance documentation. Bdeo serves more than 50 insurers across over 25 countries in Europe and Latin America.
