1. Preclinical findings
Ernexa disclosed preclinical results for ERNA-101, selected for a Flash Talk at MD Anderson’s Next-Generation Cancer Therapeutics meeting in Houston on Oct. 6, 2026. In ovarian cancer models, the treatment drove immune-cell recruitment and improved tumor control and survival; combining it with PD-1 blockade produced complete tumor control and durable responses in most treated animals.
