Esquire Financial Q2 FY26 net income rises 9.2% to $13 million; net interest income climbs 22.2% to $35.7 million

Noninterest expense climbed 23.7% to $21.11 million, including $1.07 million of merger expenses tied to the Signature deal.
Total assets increased 6.1% to $2.51 billion, while deposits grew 5.7% to $2.18 billion and loans held for investment rose 8.2% to $1.9 billion.

Esquire Financial posted net income of $13 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up 9.2% from a year earlier.
Net interest income rose 22.2% to $35.7 million, while net interest margin narrowed 7 basis points to 5.96%.
