The company raised its same-property net operating income growth outlook by 0.2 percentage points to a 3% midpoint and its same-property revenue growth outlook by 0.1 percentage points to a 2.9% midpoint. Third-quarter same-property revenue grew 3%, while net operating income rose 3.1% from a year earlier.
