eToro Q2 FY26 GAAP net income rises 77% to USD 53 million; net contribution climbs 9% to USD 229 million

eToro said its Q2 FY26 net contribution rose 9% year over year to USD 229 million, while GAAP net income climbed 77% to USD 53 million.
GAAP diluted EPS increased to USD 0.58. Funded accounts grew 18% to 4.28 million.
Assets under administration advanced 10% to USD 19.2 billion. Cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments totaled USD 1.2 billion at June 30.
TradeZero acquisition
The company also announced an agreement to acquire TradeZero, which it expects to close in 1H 2027.
eToro said the deal is intended to strengthen its US presence and active-trader capabilities.
