Stardust Power appoints Ray Rivers to board, names him to audit and compensation committees

Stardust Power appointed V. Ray Rivers to its board, effective Aug. 10, 2026.
Rivers will join the board’s audit committee and compensation committee.
He has more than 30 years in capital markets, institutional investing and financial services. Rivers held senior roles at Bear Stearns, CRT Capital Group and Cantor Fitzgerald.
He is co-chair of the Greenwich Economic Forum.
