Eupraxia says EP-104GI keeps 64% of EoE patients in remission at 52 weeks in RESOLVE trial data
EPRX•Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals reported that 64% of EoE patients remained in remission at 52 weeks in RESOLVE trial data. The company also reported symptom relief lasting up to a year in higher-dose cohorts, with no treatment-related serious adverse events reported to date.
1. Long-term trial results
Eupraxia Pharmaceuticals released long-term results from its Phase 1b/2a RESOLVE trial of EP-104GI in eosinophilic esophagitis. In higher-dose cohorts, symptom relief generally held up for up to a year, and patients showed tissue-level improvement consistent with earlier readouts.
2. Safety and next study
The open-label study has reported no treatment-related serious adverse events to date. A separate randomized Phase 2b RESOLVE study is recruiting, with interim results expected in December 2026.
