Euronet Q2 FY26 net income drops 21% to $77.4 million; revenue rises 3% to $1.11 billion

Euronet Worldwide Q2 revenue rose 3% to $1.11 billion; net income attributable to shareholders fell 21% to $77.4 million.
Diluted EPS dropped to $1.71 from $2.27; non-GAAP adjusted EPS climbed 10% to $2.82.
Operating income decreased 14% to $137.1 million; non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA slipped 6% to $192.8 million.
Business segments and outlook
Payments Infrastructure revenue increased 11% to $377.1 million, while Cross-Border Payments revenue declined 4% to $439.6 million.
The company reiterated its 2026 non-GAAP adjusted EPS growth outlook of 10% to 15%.
Euronet also repurchased $50 million of stock, or about 705,000 shares.
