1. Framework Agreement

The ECB concluded a single framework agreement with DXC Technology Deutschland GmbH to modernize and manage its IT operations. The deal spans an initial five-year term with options to extend up to eight years.

2. Service Scope

DXC will handle end user computing and key IT infrastructure managed services, taking over operations, maintenance and support of designated systems. The ECB retains full ownership of all IT assets and continues hosting in secure data centers.

3. Delivery Model

All services will be delivered exclusively from DXC’s centers within the European Economic Area, ensuring compliance with regional governance and security frameworks. This model reinforces operational stability, flexibility and agility across the ECB’s digital landscape.
