Evaxion has promoted Chief Scientific Officer Birgitte Rønø to also serve as Chief Operating Officer, expanding her remit to enhance external partner and investor engagement and drive strategy execution. Evaxion has promoted Chief Scientific Officer Birgitte Rønø to also serve as Chief Operating Officer, effective immediately. This expanded remit reflects her extensive contributions to internal operations over many years.

Management cites the move as a means to boost external visibility of the AI-Immunology platform with partners and investors and to streamline strategy execution across discovery, design and clinical validation phases.
