Evaxion to present new phase 2 immune data for EVX-01 melanoma vaccine at SITC 2026
EVAX•Evaxion said it will present new immune data from its phase 2 EVX-01 study in advanced melanoma at SITC 2026 in November. A three-year clinical update is scheduled for ESMO on Oct. 24, 2026.

The new SITC data are expected to show broader immune effects for EVX-01 combined with pembrolizumab beyond vaccine-specific responses. The ESMO update will include year-three follow-up on the combination and assess EVX-01 as a stand-alone therapy; earlier findings indicated strong, sustained clinical benefit in patients receiving the combination.
