Everforth Q2 FY26 net income drops 51.5% to $14.2 million; revenue slips 1.3% to $1 billion

Everforth posted net income of $14.2 million for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026, down from $29.3 million a year earlier.
Revenue fell 1.3% year over year to $1.01 billion, with Commercial revenue down 0.9% to $701.7 million.
Segment and cash flow details
Federal Government revenue dropped 2.3% to $305.3 million; segment book-to-bill slid to 0.8-to-1 on $926.2 million in trailing-twelve-month awards.
Gross margin narrowed 0.4 percentage points to 28.3%, reflecting a 0.9-point decline in Commercial margin to 32.1%.
Operating cash flow was $70.7 million in the first six months, down from $141.7 million on higher accounts receivable days outstanding.
