EVI Industries agrees to acquire garment care operator Sudsies
EVI•Brand and leadership to remain in place after closing
Sudsies is expected to keep its brand; founder Jason Loeb is set to continue leading the business post-close.
The deal is expected to close promptly, subject to customary conditions; management expects it to be accretive for fiscal 2027.
EVI agrees to acquire Sudsies and form consumer division base
EVI Industries entered a definitive agreement to acquire Miami-based garment care operator Sudsies, forming the base of a new consumer division.
Sudsies posted revenue of about $21.7 million for the 12 months ended June 30, 2026, with operating income of about $4.7 million.
EBITDA was about $5.7 million over the same period; five-year revenue CAGR was about 21% through June 30, 2026.
