Evolus expands Symatese partnership to commercialize Estyme HA gels in Canada, Australia, New Zealand
EOLS•Commercial terms and market opportunity
Symatese will handle development, manufacturing, clinical support and regulatory work. Evolus will pay an upfront fee, milestone payments and a mid-single-digit royalty.
The terms also include product purchases at a transfer price. Evolus said the deal is expected to lift international gross margins using its existing commercial infrastructure.
Evolus said the neurotoxin and dermal filler markets in the three countries total about $500 million annually, split about 60% neurotoxins and 40% fillers.
Expanded partnership covers three international markets
Evolus expanded its partnership with Symatese, securing exclusive rights to commercialize Estyme injectable hyaluronic acid gels in Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Launch is targeted for 2028, subject to regulatory approvals, and would add dermal fillers alongside Nuceiva in those markets.
