Evommune posts corporate presentation outlining Phase 2 inflammation-drug pipeline focusing on EVO756, EVO301

EVO301 posted positive Phase 2a atopic dermatitis data in February 2026. A Phase 2b study is planned in 2027 with a subcutaneous formulation, and data are expected in 2028.

Evommune said it had cash and investments of about $287 million as of June 30, 2026, with runway anticipated through 2028.

Evommune outlined two Phase 2 programs in chronic inflammatory diseases, led by EVO756 in atopic dermatitis and migraine.

• EVO756 Phase 2b atopic dermatitis top-line data is expected in September 2026, with Phase 3 planned in 1H 2027.
• EVO756 Phase 2b migraine trial was initiated in July 2026, with top-line data expected in 2027.
