- ExlService Holdings named former KPMG UK Chair Bina Mehta to its board as an independent director, effective July 16, 2026.
- Mehta spent more than three decades at KPMG advising on M&A, restructuring, and transformation across the UK, India, the U.S., and Canada.
- Sarah K. Williamson is set to become lead independent director by end-2026, replacing Vikram Pandit.
- Pandit will remain on the board as an independent director.
