Expand Energy extends JPMorgan-led credit facility maturity to Sept. 30, 2031
EXE•Expand Energy amended its credit agreement on Oct. 6, 2026, extending the facility’s maturity by one year to Sept. 30, 2031.

Expand Energy entered Amendment No. 1 to its amended and restated credit agreement on Oct. 6, extending the facility’s maturity from Sept. 30, 2030, to Sept. 30, 2031. JPMorgan Chase Bank is administrative agent for the lender group.
