Exyn’s Range Subsidiary Secures USSOCOM Loan Agreement, Partners on USAF Inspection Program
Exyn’s Range subsidiary signed a Vendor Loan Agreement with USSOCOM to pave the way for future defense adoption of its autonomy systems in GPS-denied environments. Range also partnered with Asylon Robotics to deploy ExynAI for autonomous inspection and efficiency at the USAF Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex.
1. Vendor Loan Agreement with USSOCOM
Exyn Technologies’ defense-focused subsidiary Range executed a Vendor Loan Agreement with USSOCOM to evaluate its autonomy stack in GPS-denied special operations environments. This agreement establishes a formal evaluation pathway that could lead to future procurement of Range’s unmanned aerial and ground systems for mission-critical applications.
2. Asylon Robotics Partnership for USAF Inspection
Range entered a collaboration with Asylon Robotics to support autonomous inspection and operational efficiency programs at the U.S. Air Force Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex. The initiative leverages ExynAI to automate high-accuracy 3D data capture and streamline maintenance workflows within the Organic Industrial Base.
3. Strategic Defense Market Expansion
Exyn is leveraging its commercial autonomy deployments to accelerate entry into government and defense sectors through Range. CEO Brandon Torres Declet highlighted that field-tested systems capable of operating in communications-degraded and GPS-denied environments are key to meeting stringent defense requirements.
