Faraday Future, FF EAI Robotics address questions on proposed robotics unit sale to FFR
FFAI•FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem agreed to acquire Faraday Future Intelligent Electric’s embodied-AI robotics business at a $200 million valuation. The five-year plan targets $1.98 billion in cumulative revenue by 2030, while Faraday Future is expected to retain majority control of FFR after closing.

FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem agreed to acquire Faraday Future Intelligent Electric’s embodied-AI robotics business at a $200 million valuation. Management projections imply an estimated 2027 forward price-to-sales multiple of about 4.4 times.
2. Operating targets
The five-year plan targets $1.98 billion in cumulative revenue by 2030, about 60,000 annual unit shipments and a 54% gross margin. The 2026 outlook calls for about $7 million in revenue, roughly 2,000 units shipped and a 10% gross margin; positive gross margins were reported in the first half of 2026. Faraday Future is expected to retain a majority controlling ownership position in FFR after closing.
