SINTX reiterates Q4 revenue guidance after preliminary Q3 revenue tops forecast
SINT•SINTX reported preliminary third-quarter revenue of $2.2 million, above its prior guidance of $0.9 million to $1.1 million, and reiterated its fourth-quarter guidance range without disclosing an updated range.
1. Revenue and warrants
Industrial ceramics sales to aerospace subsidiaries of Fortune 500 customers drove results, with shipments beginning on purchase orders worth more than $3.2 million. Product sales were about $2.1 million, exceeding the $2 million trigger to call Class B warrants for about 1,880,000 shares.
