Federated Hermes partners with Prometheum to launch tokenized securities funds
FHI•Federated Hermes partnered with Prometheum to issue tokenized securities funds using Prometheum’s registered broker-dealer infrastructure. The first product is expected to launch in Q1 2027.
1. Tokenized fund plans
Federated Hermes entered a strategic partnership with Prometheum to issue tokenized securities funds. Prometheum Capital will provide custody, clearing and settlement, and make the products available to introducing broker-dealers through its correspondent clearing platform. ProFinancial will support distribution. The first tokenized fund product is expected to launch in Q1 2027.
