Federated Hermes Premier Municipal Income Fund announces annual shareholder meeting

Shareholders will vote on electing three Class II trustees: J. Christopher Donahue, Madelyn A. Reilly, Frank J. Nasta.
The meeting will also vote on electing Paul A. Uhlman as a Class III trustee.
A separate vote will cover electing two trustees, including John G. Carson and John S. Walsh.
