FedEx plans a new integrated air cargo hub at GMR Cargo City at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport.
The long-term investment is about USD 150 million, and the automated facility will span about 230,000 square feet.
The hub is designed to combine international gateway operations with pickup-and-delivery handling in one site to speed shipment flows. Target processing capacity rises to 5,000 packages per hour from 600, with additional scaling capacity planned.
The project was announced on Aug. 25, 2026, and the site is positioned to strengthen connectivity across North and East India.
