Fed's Bowman says there's time to 'wait and see' before any more action

Bowman said she felt no urgency to take further action and that the Fed needed time to understand how financial markets and the economy would evolve after the last rate hike. She made the remarks during the IMF-World Bank meetings in Bangkok.
