FEMSA posted 2Q26 net income of MXN 9.22 billion, up 64.9% from 2Q25, with operating profit rising 7.2% to MXN 18.47 billion.
Revenue climbed 9.3% to MXN 231 billion, while the effective tax rate was 34.8%.
Business segment performance and management commentary
OXXO Mexico revenue grew 11.8% to MXN 73.03 billion, with same-store sales up 9.5% on a 2% traffic increase.
Americas & Mobility revenue increased 17.4% to MXN 62.52 billion, while operating profit fell 88% to MXN 0.21 billion after consolidating OXXO Brazil.
CEO Jose Antonio Fernández Garza-Lagüera said OXXO Mexico returned to positive traffic growth, while Coca-Cola FEMSA faced weak Mexico demand and higher excise taxes.
