Ferrari Invests €9.7M in Share Buyback, Holds 8.76% Treasury Stock
Ferrari purchased 30,750 shares at an average €315.92 each between Feb. 23–27, investing €9.71 million as part of its €3.5 billion multi-year buyback program. Since Jan. 5, the company has acquired 338,393 shares for €101.40 million, now holding 16,982,999 treasury shares (8.76% of common stock).
1. First Tranche Purchases
Between February 23 and 27, Ferrari repurchased 30,750 common shares on Euronext Milan at an average price of €315.92 per share, investing €9,714,556.55 as part of the first tranche of its multi-year buyback program.
2. Overall Buyback Progress
Since the program’s January 5 start, the company has acquired 338,393 shares on Euronext Milan and the NYSE for a total of €101,395,407.74 out of the announced €3.5 billion budget, marking early progress in the buyback initiative.
3. Current Treasury Holdings
As of February 27, Ferrari holds 16,982,999 common shares in treasury, representing 8.76% of its issued common stock and 9.20% including special voting shares.
