Ferrari Spends €15.1M on 53K-Share Buyback, Holds 8.71% of Shares
Ferrari purchased 53,150 shares on Euronext Milan between Feb. 2–6 at an average price of €284.23, spending €15.11 million under its €250 million first-tranche buyback. Since the Jan. 5 start, it has acquired 246,350 shares for €72.74 million and holds 16.89 million treasury shares (8.71% of common shares).

Between February 2 and 6, Ferrari purchased 53,150 common shares on Euronext Milan at an average price of €284.23 per share, investing €15,107,008.88 against its €250 million first-tranche envelope under the multi-year buyback program.
2. Program-to-Date Metrics
Since the January 5 commencement of the program, the company has acquired a total of 246,350 shares on Euronext Milan and NYSE—including sell-to-cover transactions—for a combined €72,739,881.62.
3. Treasury Shares Position
As of February 6, Ferrari held 16,890,956 common shares in treasury, net of incentive-plan assignments, representing 8.71% of all issued common shares and 9.16% of total issued share capital when including special voting shares.
4. Remaining Buyback Capacity
With €72.74 million deployed in the first-tranche €250 million envelope, approximately €177.26 million remains available in this tranche, while the broader €3.5 billion program still has roughly €3.25 billion of capacity through 2030.
