Ferrari has launched Luce as its first fully electric model, marking a departure from its traditional lineup. Priced from $640,000, this five-seat, four-door grand tourer introduces Ferrari into the EV market with a completely new platform and client focus.
2. Design and Collaboration
Luce features a wedge-shaped glass-domed cabin, smooth convex surfaces and narrower fenders, reflecting a radical departure from Ferrari’s muscular design language. The exterior and interior were crafted by LoveFrom, the creative agency founded by former Apple designer Jony Ive.
3. Powertrain and Dynamics
Under the floor-mounted battery, a quad-motor arrangement powers each wheel for instant torque and agility, producing over 1,050 horsepower and a sub-2.5 second 0-60mph time. Additional enhancements include four-wheel steering and a new adaptive suspension system for superior handling.
