FingerMotion signs binding deal to acquire 20.2-acre Alberta site for AI inference compute campus
FNGR•FingerMotion signed a binding agreement to acquire about 20.2 acres in Hanna, Alberta, for an AI inference compute campus targeting 6 MW of capacity. Closing is expected after a 60-day due diligence period, with BlueFlare set to design, build and operate the campus power and infrastructure.

FingerMotion signed a binding purchase and sale agreement with BlueFlare for about 20.2 acres in Hanna, Alberta. The site is slated for “Hanna Campus #1,” an AI inference compute facility targeting 6 MW, split evenly between grid supply and on-site gas.
2. Deal timing and capacity
The agreement was executed Sept. 30, 2026. Closing is expected after a 60-day due diligence period, with completion scheduled 30 days after conditions are waived. The acquisition adds to FingerMotion’s previously announced 99 MW Alberta development program.
