On April 6, 2026, the Board promoted Jim Noone to Chief Executive Officer of FinWise Bancorp, capping a structured succession plan following his 2023 appointment as FinWise Bank President. He advanced to Company President in 2024 and Bank CEO in 2025 before assuming the holding company CEO role.
2. Executive Chairman Role and Continuity
Kent Landvatter, CEO since 2010, transitions to Executive Chairman and retains oversight of long-term strategy, board governance and investor relations. He remains an employee and will lead high-level initiatives to ensure continuity while Noone drives day-to-day operations.
