Firefly Aerospace Doubles 2025 Revenue to $160M, Guides $420–450M in 2026
Firefly Aerospace more than doubled annual revenue to $160 million in 2025 and booked 80% of its $420–450 million 2026 guidance. Q4 free cash flow swung to a $79.3 million loss due to SciTec acquisition payments, while Block 2 production and lunar lander ramp-up progress continues.
1. 2025 Results and 2026 Outlook
Firefly Aerospace recorded a 105% year-over-year increase in annual revenue, reaching $160 million in 2025. The company projects revenue between $420 million and $450 million for 2026, with 80% of that guidance already secured through existing contracts.
2. Cash Flow and SciTec Acquisition Impact
In the fourth quarter, free cash flow fell by $79.3 million, driven primarily by payments related to the SciTec acquisition. SciTec’s government and defense programs now underpin a significant portion of Firefly’s booked revenue, enhancing its contract backlog and program diversity.
3. Block 2 Development and Lunar Positioning
Production of Block 2 vehicles is underway with units 9 and 10 following a successful Alpha Flight 7 test. Expanded clean room facilities and derisked avionics and battery systems support Firefly’s readiness for three additional launches in 2026 and upcoming NASA lunar mission cadence.
