Firefly Neuroscience partners with NeuroSigma to broaden access to Monarch eTNS pediatric ADHD therapy
AIFF•Firefly Neuroscience partnered with NeuroSigma to expand access to the Monarch eTNS System for children ages 7-12 with ADHD who are not taking prescription ADHD medication. The partnership will offer the therapy through Firefly’s nationwide Evoke clinician network, with EEG/ERP assessment and monitoring.
1. Partnership expands access
The partnership will route Monarch through Firefly’s nationwide Evoke clinician network, pairing access to the therapy with objective EEG/ERP assessment and monitoring. NeuroSigma will provide clinical training, prescribing support and product fulfillment through a specialty pharmacy partner.
2. Device sales began in July
NeuroSigma began U.S. sales of its second-generation Monarch device in July 2026, following a waitlist of more than 1,500. Monarch is the first FDA-cleared non-drug ADHD treatment, prescribed for children ages 7-12 who are not taking prescription ADHD medication.
