First Financial Bancorp appointed Timothy A. Massa to its board effective immediately on Oct. 28, 2026. The board expanded to 11 members from 10 in an Oct. 27 vote, creating the seat Massa fills; he retired in September 2026 after 12 years as Kroger’s executive vice president and chief associate experience officer.
