First Park New Castle logistics building fully leased
First Industrial Realty Trust completed construction and fully leased a 226,074-sq-ft logistics building at First Park New Castle in the Philadelphia market.
Development started on a second building at the site, a 612,554-sq-ft multi-tenant facility targeted for completion in H1 2027.
The two-building park is planned to total about 838,628 sq ft of Class A logistics space in northern Delaware.
