First Majestic released its 2025 Sustainability Report, drafted in alignment with SASB standards, to provide shareholders and stakeholders with an annual overview of its environmental, social and governance performance for the 2025 calendar year.
2. Key Sustainability Achievements
The report highlights a record low carbon intensity with a 21% reduction per tonne of ore processed and a 49% decrease since 2019, US$2.4m invested in community initiatives, 70% of employees with over six years tenure, a 91% return-to-work rate for working mothers, and safety performance metrics of 0.55 TRIFR and 0.12 LTIFR, along with top-10% ISS ESG, top-25% S&P Global and other industry rankings.
