
FirstEnergy will have Antonio Fernández as Vice President of Business Transformation from June 28, reporting to CFO Jon Taylor to enhance efficiency. Deandra Williams-Lewis is appointed Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer while Brian Harrell adds Chief Privacy Officer to strengthen security and compliance.
FirstEnergy appointed Antonio Fernández as Vice President of Business Transformation effective June 28, reporting to CFO Jon Taylor. Deandra Williams-Lewis assumes role of Vice President and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer, while Brian Harrell takes on additional duties as Chief Privacy Officer alongside his position as Chief Security Officer.
Fernández will lead efforts to enhance performance, simplify processes and execute key strategic priorities. He brings five years of ethics and compliance experience at FirstEnergy and prior senior roles at Public Service Enterprise Group, GE Power and Florida Power & Light.
Williams-Lewis will oversee ethics and compliance policies, controls and issue management to strengthen the company’s accountability. Harrell will integrate privacy protocols into security operations to protect customer and employee data and reinforce regulatory compliance.
These appointments underscore FirstEnergy’s focus on operational excellence, risk management and data protection, supporting sustained performance across its 6 million-customer distribution network and 24,000 miles of transmission lines.
