FirstService Residential has been appointed management partner for Marina Pointe East, a newly constructed luxury waterfront high-rise spanning 52 acres along Tampa Bay’s Westshore Marina District. The property features panoramic bay and city views, a one-and-a-half-mile shoreline, direct deepwater marina and yacht basin access, and close proximity to downtown Tampa.
