FiscalNote completes Frontierview sale and updates FY2026 guidance

Aug. 28 (Reuters) - FiscalNote Holdings Inc. said it announced and completed the sale of Frontierview to Oxford Economics, sharpening its focus on its core policy business.

FiscalNote expects FY2026 revenue of $74 million to $76 million and adjusted EBITDA of $8 million to $10 million.
The company said the guidance revision does not represent a change in its expectations for its core policy business.
