Fluence net loss widens to USD 44.28 million in FY26 Q3; revenue rises 7.85% to USD 649.85 million

Fluence Energy posted fiscal third-quarter revenue of USD 649.8 million, up 7.85% year over year, while net loss widened to USD 44.28 million.
GAAP gross margin fell 9.7 percentage points to 5.1%. Non-GAAP adjusted EBITDA swung to a loss of USD 29.3 million.
Backlog growth and lowered fiscal 2026 outlook
Order intake climbed to more than USD 1.44 billion, and the company said it secured about USD 850 million of data center business through July. Backlog rose to about USD 6.4 billion, a record.
Fluence cut its fiscal 2026 revenue outlook to USD 2.9 billion to USD 3.1 billion and said it expects about USD 400 million of deliveries to be delayed into fiscal 2027.
