FMC posted a GAAP net loss attributable to stockholders of USD 186.6 million in Q2 2026, swinging from profit, with GAAP diluted EPS at USD (1.49).
Adjusted after-tax earnings from continuing operations (non-GAAP) fell 61.82% to USD 33.1 million, with diluted adjusted EPS down 62.32% to USD 0.26.
Revenue dropped 17% to USD 867.1 million; revenue excluding India (non-GAAP) declined 19.9% to USD 841.4 million.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) slid 26.1% to USD 152.6 million, while free cash flow (non-GAAP) climbed to USD 357.4 million.
Results included USD 148 million of restructuring and other charges and USD 83.2 million tied to the India held-for-sale business, which is under agreement to be sold for USD 252 million.
